This project involved full reconstruction after previous water damage.
The affected area had already been opened by another company, but the space was left unfinished and required proper restoration to bring everything back to a clean, functional condition. Our scope was focused on rebuilding and finishing the space correctly. We started by assessing the condition of the existing structure and identifying areas that still needed attention.
In some sections, additional flooring had to be removed to ensure a proper and consistent base for the new installation. The project included drywall repair, preparation of surfaces, installation of new baseboards, and full flooring replacement. Special attention was given to leveling, alignment, and transitions to make sure the final result looked seamless and matched the surrounding areas. All finishing work was completed with a focus on clean lines and detail — from wall texture and paint to precise cuts around door frames and edges.
The goal was not just to “fix” the damage, but to restore the space in a way that looks natural and consistent, as if the damage never happened. This type of work is often underestimated. Proper reconstruction after water damage is what defines the final result. Even if the initial mitigation is done, the quality of the rebuild determines how the space will look and perform long-term. The project was completed professionally, on schedule, and with clear communication throughout the process. The final result is clean, solid, and fully restored.
