Water Damage Reconstruction With Drywall Level 5 Finish And Custom Paint Matching

This project involved reconstruction work following water damage caused by a plumbing leak.

Our team removed damaged materials, rebuilt the affected wall and ceiling areas, installed new drywall, completed a Level 5 finish, and carefully blended the repairs into the existing surfaces. Special attention was given to preserving the architectural details, including the coffered ceiling, crown molding, baseboards, and surrounding finishes. We also repaired and refinished sections adjacent to the fireplace while maintaining a seamless appearance throughout the room. After multiple stages of taping, skim coating, sanding, priming, and custom paint matching, the repaired areas were blended with the original finishes to restore the space to its pre-loss condition. The result was a smooth, uniform finish with no visible transition between the repaired sections and the existing walls and ceiling.
