Water Damage Reconstruction and Flooring Replacement

Water damage reconstruction project completed after initial mitigation by another company. When we arrived, the space was partially demolished, but additional hidden damage was still present, including wet flooring that had not been fully removed.

We performed a full reconstruction scope: removed all remaining damaged materials, including sections of flooring and drywall, prepared the area properly, and rebuilt the space from the structure up. Work included drywall repair, patching and texturing to match existing surfaces, full interior painting, and installation of new flooring throughout the affected areas.

Special attention was given to clean transitions, door frames, baseboards, and overall finish quality. The goal was not just to repair the damage, but to restore the space to a clean, uniform, and visually consistent condition as if the damage never happened.
